TurnStone Logistics is Prepared for Coronavirus Mayhem

Full Operation and Customer Support Throughout COVID-19

San Antonio, TX: TurnStone Logistics LLC announced on Thursday, March 12, 2020 that preliminary steps have been taken to ensure full operation and customer support throughout the Covid-19 pandemic.

“We have taken a proactive approach to the upcoming challenges that face our industry,” says David Garcia, CEO of TurnStone Logistics LLC. “It is difficult to know exactly what to expect, so we have prepared for the worst and hope for the best. We have equipped each employee with the equipment necessary to operate remotely and securely. This includes, high-speed internet, business phones, computers, and secure access to all required corporate files and software systems.”

“Our employees are our greatest asset,” explains Jonathan Garcia, COO. “We whole-heartedly believe that the comfort, well-being, and happiness of our staff directly translates into excellent customer service and employee performance. Because of this, we have completed an initial round of support for our staff allowing each staff member 8 hrs of paid time-off to prepare their family and homes. We rotated time-off between our teams so that our employees had the required time to equip their homes, prepare their families, and setup and test remote business operations. We don’t know what is coming down the pipeline, but we want to be prepared.”

“We are continuously monitoring the situation. We are prepared to execute a remote, work-from-home policy,” says David Garcia. “We expect economic and industry wide challenges, but this will not affect our ability to operate. We have a veteran staff with years of experience and we will navigate the challenges as they are presented. We are ready and will continue to provide our customers with the support and service they expect.”

TurnStone Logistics has completed their preparedness action and plan to announce a remote work policy in the coming days.
